Weekly reservations are Saturday to Saturday


Peak Season:  5/29/21 – 9/10/21
Value Season: 5/1/21 – 5/28/21 and 9/11/21 – 10/31/21


A payment of 30% of the  total is required to hold all reservations. The balance is due upon check-in.

In addition, a fully refundable security deposit of $250 cash or credit card is required at check-in. NO CHECKS. Deposits made in cash will be refunded by mailed check and may take longer to arrive.

*NO PERSONAL CHECKS may be accepted the day of check-in. If you intend to pay with personal check, please mail the check for the full amount. You will be notified once your check has cleared. All checks must clear before check-in.


A 20% cleaning fee applies to stays less than 3 nights.

Cabins left in damaged or exceptionally poor condition may incur additional repair, replacement, or cleaning fees. This extends to damage done to common areas and equipment.


Upon cancellation your reservation deposit will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in forfeit the entire 30% reservation deposit.

No Show

If you have not checked-in by 9:00am following the first day of your reservation and no communication has been made with the office, your reservation will be forfeited without refund and may be given to a walk-in party.
