Reservation Deposit

A 30% reservation deposit is required to hold all cabins. This deposit is refundable minus a $50 cancellation fee up to 45 days before date of reservation. Your balance is due at check-in. Cancellations made less than 45 days before reservation date will forfeit the 30% deposit. Security Deposit A fully refundable $250 security deposit in cash or credit card will be required at check–in in addition to the reservation balance. NO CHECKS. Deposits made in cash will be refunded by mailed check and may take longer to arrive. Personal Checks Personal checks cannot be accepted the day of check-in. If you intend to pay with personal check, please mail the check for the full amount. You will be notified once your check has cleared. All checks must clear before check-in.

Upon cancellation your reservation deposit will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 45 days before check-in forfeit the entire 30% reservation deposit.

No Show

If you have not checked-in by 9:00am following the first day of your reservation and no communication has been made with the office, your reservation will be forfeited without refund and may be given to a walk-in party. Additional fees may also apply.
